Ánimo is an independent Yoga and wellness studio in East London
- founded and run by me and my best mate, Nadine.

We have daily classes, including Yin Yoga & Reiki, Restorative Yoga & Sound Baths, Vinyasa, Pilates and more.

Our Pregnancy and Postnatal Community is something I am especially proud of. Watching Mums-to-be and new Mums connect and share their journeys, is something very special.
