Reiki
I'm a Reiki Master in the Usui Reiki Ryoho & Usui Shiko Ryoho method. For over ten years I've supported people through stress, burnout, grief, and transition — using Reiki to help the nervous system settle, the mind quiet, and the body remember how to rest. It's a gentle, intuitive practice — and the kind of space where real shifts happen.
Reiki with Judy
When life force energy flows freely through the body, we feel balanced, vital, and well. When it becomes blocked or depleted — through stress, grief, illness, or simply the weight of modern life — we feel it. We might not be able to name it, but we feel it.
To heal is simply to become whole again. Reiki is a quiet, meditative practice that uses light, hands-on touch to gently reawaken the life force energy—call it prana, chi, or simply your inner pilot light—that already lives inside you. A session doesn't place anything new into your body; it gently clears away the day-to-day noise so your system can remember how to drop into deep rest. In this safe space of complete physical stillness, your nervous system can finally let go. This is your invitation to step off the wheel, quieten a busy mind, and return home to your own innate wisdom.
What to expect from an in person reiki session.
Wear Comfortable Clothes: You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. Loose, soft clothing helps you relax completely.
Come Exactly as You Are: You do not need to clear your mind, stop overthinking, or arrive with a positive attitude. Bring your stress, your fatigue, or your heavy thoughts with you—all of it is welcome.
No Explanation Needed: We will have a brief, gentle chat before we begin. If you can't find the words to describe how you feel, that is completely fine. The practice does the work so you don't have to.
Give Yourself a Buffer: If possible, try to leave a little quiet window of time after your session before jumping back into a busy schedule or a screen.

Distance Reiki can be done from anywhere, I don’t even need to be in the same country as you. You’ll need a place to rest comfortably and relax during the session. There are two options to choose from: Tech-Free or Online.
A Tech-Free Distance Reiki treatment is the most popular. You’ll simply receive a text at the beginning and the end of the treatment, so screen time is minimised. I’ll send you an email when you book with all the information you need and a suggested playlist.
An Online Distance Reiki session is great if you would like to connect and have a chat before or after your treatment. We’ll start with a video call and then we’ll turn the camera off and I’ll guide you to relax with a short meditation and some Breathwork before sharing Reiki with you.
