With over 10 years of experience, she supports people who may be feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck, as well as those moving through life’s transitions. Her approach combines practical support with holistic care, including regular Reiki sessions that leave clients feeling lighter, energised, and more at ease. What is Reiki?
It’s a Japanese energy healing technique that reduces stress and promotes relaxation and wellbeing. It works as a vibrational medicine that gives us what we need in that moment, whether that’s emotional or physical healing. Reiki therapy is entirely non-invasive and can be done in-person or from a distance, with scientific studies showing the benefits of both. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing technique that channels universal life force energy through the hands of a trained practitioner. The word “Reiki” comes from the Japanese words “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (life energy). Developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
The effects of Reiki can range from subtle to deeply transformative, depending on each person and their unique circumstances.

There are two methods that I use for in-person therapy: the hands-on method, which involves gently placing my hands on specific energy points in the body, and the hands-off method, in which I hover my hands above the energy centres.
Both methods are equally effective, so you can let me know which you prefer.
The Philosophy Behind Reiki
Reiki is based on the understanding that life force energy flows through all living beings. When this energy is low or blocked, we’re more likely to feel unwell or stressed. When it’s high and flowing freely, we feel balanced, vibrant, and well.
This life force energy connects everything. In Reiki, the practitioner acts as a conduit for this energy, helping to release blockages and restore harmony within the recipient.
What to expect from an in persoon reiki session
We’ll begin with a short chat, so you can share anything specific that’s happening in your life, and then you’ll take your shoes off and lie down on the treatment bed, remaining fully clothed.
Once you are comfortable on the heated bed and under a soft blanket, I’ll guide you into some Breathwork and a gentle meditation with soothing music.
Then, as you relax, the treatment will begin. Depending on your preference, I’ll use the hands-on (gentle touch) or hands-off (no-touch) method.
At the end of the session, there will be time to check-in again and ask questions.

Distance Reiki can be done from anywhere, I don’t even need to be in the same country as you. You’ll need a place to rest comfortably and relax during the session. There are two options to choose from: Tech-Free or Online.
A Tech-Free Distance Reiki treatment is the most popular. You’ll simply receive a text at the beginning and the end of the treatment, so screen time is minimised. I’ll send you an email when you book with all the information you need and a suggested playlist.
An Online Distance Reiki session is great if you would like to connect and have a chat before or after your treatment. We’ll start with a video call and then we’ll turn the camera off and I’ll guide you to relax with a short meditation and some Breathwork before sharing Reiki with you.
