Yoga

No performance, no pressure, no pretending. Just honest practice — at whatever pace your body and life allow right now.

Yin Yoga
& Reiki

Yin is not a restorative practice. It's a practice of patience.

Each posture is held for several minutes — long enough to meet the hard corners, the tight places, the things you usually push past. Long enough to stop avoiding and start listening.

It asks something of you. And in that asking, something opens.

In these sessions, Reiki moves quietly through the practice — deepening the stillness, supporting the nervous system, helping the body release what it's been holding. People often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more themselves. Though it can be hard to say exactly why.

You don't need to understand it. You just need to show up.

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy is one of the most profound transitions a woman moves through — and your body already knows what it's doing. My job is to help you tune in, trust yourself, and feel genuinely prepared for what's ahead.

Together we explore movement and asana that support your changing body — building strength, resilience, and pelvic floor awareness, while always creating space for stillness and ease. Nothing is forced. Everything is designed to feel good.

Breathwork runs through every session — not just as a tool for labour, but as a way of connecting more deeply with yourself and your baby right now. By the time you're in the birth room, these practices will feel like second nature: a steady, familiar anchor when you need it most.

Every session leaves you feeling stronger, more centred, and more confident in your own body.

Post Natal Yoga

The fourth trimester is real. Your body has done something extraordinary — and it needs time, care, and genuine attention before it's asked to perform or bounce back.

We don't rush here. We work with where you actually are — rebuilding strength slowly and intelligently, with a strong focus on the pelvic floor, releasing tension that's been held through pregnancy and birth, and restoring a sense of connection with your own body.

Breathwork runs through everything. Not as an add-on, but as a thread back to yourself on the days when you've completely lost the plot.

I also work closely with a network of physiotherapists and specialist therapists, so if you need additional support beyond our sessions, I can point you in the right direction.

This is your time too. Not just your baby's
