Since I was 21, I’ve used yoga, breath work, and reiki to improve my wellbeing. Over 20 years, I’ve learned what helps me physically, mentally, and spiritually. These practices have become a key part of my life, bringing balance, healing, and awareness.
Now, I focus on sharing these tools through private sessions, group classes, and Reiki teacher trainings to help others find their own path to wellness and self-discovery.
